Jersey Water is celebrating the success of Finance Director, Natalie Passmore, who has been named as Young Director of the Year in this year’s Institute of Directors (IoD) Jersey awards held on 17 May at The Royal Yacht Hotel & Spa in St Helier.
Everyone at Jersey Water is immensely proud of Natalie’s achievement against a very strong field that included some notable entrants from Jersey’s finance industry. In winning the award, Natalie had to demonstrate how her knowledge, skills and achievements have contributed to the successful achievement of the company’s objectives since she became a director in 2017. The panel of judges also took into account her dedication to the development of her role, the impact she has had on the company’s values, culture and her colleagues as well as her contribution to Jersey Water’s development at a time of significant change.
