Jersey Water is delighted to announce that Finance Director, Natalie Passmore, has been named as a finalist for the Young Director of the Year in this year’s Institute of Directors (IoD) Jersey awards.
The Jersey branch of the IoD announced a 23-strong shortlist of individuals for the tenth annual search to find the top leaders across Jersey’s private, public and voluntary sectors. The Young Director of the Year category is open to directors that have been appointed for less than two years.
Natalie joined Jersey Water as Finance Controller in 2010, she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2015 and was appointed Board Director in 2017. She is a Chartered Accountant, holds the IoD Diploma in Company Direction and was selected to attend the Harvard Business School High Potentials Leadership programme in Boston in 2016.
The IoD Jersey Director of the Year Awards celebrate strong leadership and recognise excellence across the business community and public sector. The winners of the 2019 Jersey Director of the Year Awards will be announced at a black-tie awards dinner on Friday 17 May at The Royal Yacht Hotel & Spa. The Awards ceremony will be hosted by special guest speaker, renowned writer, broadcaster, former MP and Government Whip Gyles Brandreth.
