Complete this form if you no longer need an account with us because you’re leaving the island, moving in with someone else or to a property with a private water supply.

Complete this form if you are a new customer or a returning customer who will need to pay for water.

Let us know if you’re moving property in Jersey. Until you notify us, you will be responsible for paying the water bill at your current address.

Paying your bill

Pay online using our secure payments system, CityPay. You will need the first six digits of your account number, found on your bill.

Save £1 on each bill by setting up a direct debit with our monthly pay plan, based on your consumption history or household size.
