There are many ways you can choose to pay for your water usage, these are the various methods of payment:
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your water bill and you’ll also receive a £1 reduction per bill for choosing to pay this way. You can pay monthly, spreading your annual water charge over 12 equal monthly instalments, or quarterly as each bill is due.
Online
Paying your bill online is a convenient way to make a payment. Have your account number to hand, together with your debit or credit card details to make a payment.
Telephone
Our automated payment line is available 24/7 365 days of the year. Please telephone 707300 with your customer account number and debit or credit card details.
Post Office – Post & Pay
Jersey Post makes life easier by enabling you to pay your Jersey Water bills via their island-wide network of post offices. You can pay by cheque, cash, debit or credit card at any Jersey Post Office outlet. To find the location of your nearest outlet please visit Jersey Post. If you’re in a hurry, you can use the quick and convenient Post & Pay kiosks to pay your bills and save yourself time. These can be found at the Broad Street and Rue des Pres post offices.
Online banking
All the major banks have Jersey Water listed as a named payee on the ‘Payment Services’ section of their website. Simply input the bill amount and your water account number and authorise the payment in the usual way.
BACS transfer payment
Customers wishing to pay by BACS transfer payment should contact the Customer Services Department for further details.
By post
Cheques should be made out to ‘Jersey Water’. The payment advice slip and cheque should be posted to: Jersey Water, St. Helier, Jersey JE1 1JW.
Payment FAQs
In order to ensure your payment is processed promptly please return the payment advice slip (the tear off strip at the bottom of your water bill) with your payment.
