From 12.00pm on Friday 20th November 2015, our Customer Services Department will be closed due to training being undertaken.
Payments can be made in the following ways during this time for Jersey Water accounts:
- On line via the Jersey Water website https://www.jerseywater.je/your-account/pay-online/
- Via telephone using the following number 0845 557 6692, please have your customer account number and debit or credit card details. This facility is available 24/7 365 days of the year.
- At one of the Post Offices, for a full list click on link Island Post Office locations
Emergency calls will be answered as usual
