Jersey Water are undertaking a refurbishment project in the Reception and Customer Service Area at Mulcaster House, Westmount Road from Monday 20th October 2014, which is due to run for approximately eight weeks.
During this time there will be limited access to make payments for water bills so please consider using the other payment options that are available, which are as follows :
- Pay your water bill at any Jersey Post outlet across the island
- Pay on line via the Jersey Water website (available 24/7)
- Pay by phone (available 24/7)
- Pay by Direct Debit
- Pay by BAC’s transfer
- Pay by post
