Jersey Water also enhanced the process of identifying training needs and their implementation across the business.
Howard Snowden, Managing Director and Engineer of Jersey Water said he was delighted with the achievement and that it is a credit to all the staff
Howard continued : “Jersey Water places great emphasis on the commitment and dedication of its employees. Jersey Water wants to ensure that working for the Company continues to be a rewarding experience; likewise the Company gets the best from its staff. Working towards the IiPS has allowed us to put in place processes to give everyone a sense of ownership and a more clearly defined purpose within the Company. In turn this helps to improve the service we provide to our customers.”
